The Deped Tayo Youth Formation - Angeles City Senior High School (DTYF-ACSHS) serves as the student council of the school, headed by the ACSHS SSLG as stated in Department Order (DO) No. 47 S. 2014, “the Department of Education (DepEd) recognizes that the Student Government Program (SGP) as the foremost co-curricular learnerled organization authorized to operate and implement pertinent programs, projects and collaborated with the school’s student leaders, therefore the DTYF-ACSHS, becoming the forefront of the learners’ rights and welfare, the model of excellence, good character, and morale. The organization represents the democracy of the student body, founded on the principles of good governance, volunteerism, responsible servant-leadership, collaboration, unity, accountability, active citizenship, and effectiveness in serving the student body, empowering the learners in academic excellence, leadership, and social responsibility. It upholds the Department of Education's core values: Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa. It aims for the ACSHS students’ active participation within the school management, advocating for an inclusive, service-oriented, gender-sensitive, culturally aware, and environmentally conscious member of society. As well as to enhance and cater to the learners’ diverse interests and passions, promoting inclusivity in a sae, healthy, and nurturing environment on and off campus.
