NAgkakaisang Kabataan ng Santiago (NAKS) is a youth organization that is consist of Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) beneficiaries in the City of Santiago. Through youth employment, we are providing necessary work experiences that will be valuable in their chosen endeavors in the future. The organization has the following objectives: 1. To offer job placement services to help youth transition from education to employment. 2. To advocate for policies that promote youth employment, such as programs to hire young workers, support for youth-led initiatives, and investments in education and training programs. 3. To implement supportive policies and initiatives that address barriers to youth employment, such as discrimination, lack of access to education, and social instability 4. To provide career guidance to help youth explore career paths, set goals, and make informed decisions about their future 5. To design and undertake all activities for the benefit and welfare of its members and the organization, including housing, buildings and other projects not contrary to laws; and 6. To coordinate and collaborate with proper government agencies and other workers organization for certain lawful undertaking.
