Kangodaan A Rawaten is a Self Help Group (SHG) under the Siyap Ko Pagtao, a Community Solidarity Group (CSG). The name derives from two root words: "Kangodaan" meaning youth, and "Rawaten" meaning role model. Established on May 10, 2021, through the Marawi Response Project and facilitated by EcoWeb, Inc., the group is composed of members from internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities in Barangay Bantogawato, Balindong, Lanao del Sur. The group's mission is to serve as a role model for youth and act as a change-maker in the global community. Kangodaan A Rawaten is dedicated to fostering an economically developed and empowered community, nurturing patriot citizens who contribute positively to society. The group envisions a well-developed and empowered community where young individuals maximize their potential, lead healthy lives, and thrive in a clean and green environment. Its goals include empowering young people to fully enhance their abilities, providing educational opportunities for youth to develop societal skills, ensuring a sustainable future for the youth, and developing skills, maintaining peace, promoting health, sustaining a clean environment, and upholding righteous leadership.
