The organization shall empower and unite the youth of the North in driving positive change through advocacy, leadership, and collaboration, focusing on gender equality, quality education, and climate action. The organization shall envision a region where young people are actively engaged in creating a just, sustainable, and inclusive society, where their voices are heard, and their potential is fully realized. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. to develop the leadership skills and capacities of youth to become effective change agents in their communities. b. to promote gender equality, quality education, and climate action through awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, and community engagement. c. to implement projects and initiatives that address the needs of the community and contribute to sustainable development
