The Health Education and Advocacy League for Mental Illness (HEAL Mental Illness) is a youth organization dedicated to promoting mental health and resilience through social interactions, healthy relationships, and community involvement in Lanao del Sur. The organization aims to raise awareness about mental health issues and engage young people of Lanao in local projects. To prevent the escalation of mental health disorders, HEAL Mental Illness aims to provide programs about stress management, self-care techniques, and community engagement. Through its educational programs, the organization works to prevent mental illness and increase public understanding of mental health. The ultimate goal is to create a society in Lanao del Sur where socialization and education are used to support and heal mental illness, reduce stigma, promote fulfilling lives, and inspire hope.
