Inspired Young Optimists Guild (IYOG) is a "Meranao" term synonymous to the word volunteerism. It is an independent and socio-civic oriented youth organization based in the Mindanao State University and is guided by the principles of volunteerism, peace advocacy, youth empowerment and networking. The organization is composed of 154 young people coming from different ethnicity who shared common passion and converge together to make a difference and be a catalyst for positive change. The IYOG envisions to be a catalyst of positive social transformation in the community through capability building and volunteerism.
