Farm Youth Development Program (4H Club) is an is an international organization of rural youth primarily the in-school and out-of-youth involved in education programs and income-generating projects. It is for farm youth from 10-30 years old, single emphasizes community-based projects in agriculture and homemaking. The objective of the organization is to provide the youth opportunities to “learning by doing” through individual, group and community projects, instills in the youth the spirit of voluntarism, cooperation and dignity of labor, enables the youth to use their time, talents and energies wisely, develops youth’s potential; and Promotes fellowship, understanding and goodwill.
