The Youth of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente of Mission Parish of St. Anthony of Padua (YIFI San Antonio), also known as the Youth of Aglipayan Church, plays a significant role in fostering spiritual growth, community service, and social involvement among young members. The organization emphasizes the importance of faith, education, and active participation in both church activities and broader societal issues. Through various programs, including religious education, youth camps, and outreach initiatives, the youth aim to empower themselves and contribute positively to their communities. By promoting values like leadership, compassion, and social justice, they strive to build a generation that is engaged in both spiritual and civic responsibilities. Objectives: -To nurture the spiritual growth of young members through worship, prayer, and participation in church activities. -To actively involve the youth in community service projects and outreach programs that address local needs and promote social justice. -To develop leadership skills among the youth, empowering them to take active roles in both the church and their communities. -To foster a sense of fellowship and unity among the youth, encouraging camaraderie and support through various social and recreational activities. -To promote education and awareness on important social, cultural, and spiritual issues, encouraging critical thinking and informed action. -To advocate for social justice, equality, and human rights, encouraging youth to stand up for their beliefs and the rights of others. -To encourage personal development, helping young members build confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. These objectives aim to create a vibrant and active youth community within the IFI that contributes positively to both the church and society.
