Our youth organization is a vibrant and dynamic group dedicated to empowering young people in our community. We provide a platform for youth to develop leadership skills, engage in community service, and participate in meaningful activities that foster personal growth and social responsibility. Our organization values inclusivity, creativity, and collaboration, ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to thrive and make a difference. Through a variety of programs, events, and initiatives, we aim to inspire young individuals to become active, informed, and compassionate leaders who contribute positively to the well – being of our community. Also, our organization serves as a cornerstone for young people in our community, offering a supportive environment where they can grow, learn, and lead. We focus on nurturing the potential of our youth through educational programs, community outreach, and leadership development activities. We aim also young individuals with the skills and confidence they need to navigate challenges and contribute meaningfully to society. Our organization is committed to building a brighter future by empowering the next generation to become positive agents of change in our community To empower young people by providing opportunities for personal growth, leadership development and community engagement. To develop different skills of the youth exclusively in Barangay Baculong and to inspire peers in other communities. To plan and implement various propaganda and events that are relevant to and accessible to the youth of Baculong. Motivate young people to strive for self-improvement and to gain socialization skills that will benefit the community as a whole.
