A. To initiate and foster solidarity and camaraderie among the catholic youth in the Municipality of San Quintin. B. To promote educational, religious, cultural, and social activities by undertaking and sponsoring seminars, recollections, and group dynamics related to the issue and concerns of the youth in the Municipality of San Quintin in coordination with the concern agencies. C. To promote volunteerism among the youth that will lead to active participation and faith in their own community. D. Build youth communities in the spirit of BEC in the different youth settings (Parishes, Campuses, Barangays, Families and the like) where they can experience their sense of belongingness in the Church and her Mission thr ough regular activities and fellowships. E. Imbibe in the youth Christian values and the Catholic Church’s teachings that will make them living witnesses to Christ, the Word made flesh F. Train and develop the youth to become Christ-centered, committed and capable Servant leaders in different youth settings
