Education

The Lapis Foundation Organization was established in 2011 by the 4th termer Liga President and 2nd termer Municipal Councilor Jessie A. Requiño. The Barangay Dallipawen where the Lapis Foundation is located is known as an agricultural barangay. This represents that the main job or income of every Dallipaweños is farming. On the other hand, some students do not have sufficient ability to meet their basic needs in school. However, the Lapis Foundation was established to guide and help the students of Barangay Dallipawen. It aims to provide the different necessities of every student such as Free School Supplies, Free Xerox and Printing, and Free use of computer devices. The Lapis Foundation also gives free school supplies to all students every year through the help and support of the sangguniang kabataan. Lastly, the Lapis Foundation continuously supports them, regarding their school needs in a small way but with a big heart to help.
