Padangaan Youth Organization is a community based organization organized in June 2018 to composed the Municipal Youth Development Council of Besao-which was then under the office of the Municipal Mayor. The organization focus of concern are the following advocacies: Health, Education, Peace building and security, active citizenship and social inclusion and equity that will help youth members develop, enhance their knowledge skills through active participation in youth activities.
