The organization shall pursue the aims of promoting the sport, organizing competitions, fostering player development, and spreading awareness about the values of the game, such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness. It may also include initiatives to increase participation at all levels and ensure the growth and sustainability of the sport. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. To promote and develop the sport of Volleyball at all levels, from grassroots to elite competition. b. To provide opportunities for members to participate in volleyball activities, including training, competitions, and social events. c. To support the development and growth of players, coaches, officials, and volunteers through education, training, and mentorship program. d. To organize and manage volleyball competitions, tournaments, and events professionally and efficiently.
