Sagrada Jovial Circle focuses on promoting and ensuring young people's democratic and social rights; encouraging their social and political participation at all levels in community life; and offering opportunities for personal and social development through leisure activities, voluntary engagement and non-formal and informal learning. To encourage other youth from an early age to become mentally, physically and emotionally active and have a healthy lifestyle. Foster peaceful interactions amongst all young people, both inside and beyond the barangay. To support a religion's objectives, to offer services, or to enable religious people to come together as a community with like-minded people.
