4-H Club HEAD - to think, plan and to be reason; innovative and creative. HEART - to be caring, sharing, committed and civic-conscious. HANDS - to be useful, skillful and serviceable. HEALTH - to enjoy life and participate actively in nation-building. Is an organization of Out-of-School youth (OSY) and In-School youth (ISY) involved in agriculture programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the HEAD, HEART, HANDS, and HEALTH; * Is for the youth who are single, from 15-35 years old. * Membership is open and voluntary. * Emphasizes community-based projects in agriculture and homemaking. * Is an avenue for farm family development. Provides the youth opportunities to “learn by doing” through individual, group and community projects, enhances productivity and self-reliance through gainful projects, instills in the youth the spirit of volunteerism, cooperation, and dignity of labor, Enables the youth to use their time, talents and energies wisely, develops youths’ potentials; and Promotes fellowship, understanding and good will.
