The Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo- SURIGAO CITY CHAPTER is an organization which promotes peace building and security, educate the youth about the importance of health, environmental protection, human rights, respect despite the differences of beliefs and patriotism in order to develop and capacitate the Filipino youth. It is a primary tool towards drug demand reduction campaign and a movement in eliminating the radical efforts of communist terrorist groups.
