"Pinagpala youth organization also known as PAYO. is a communit-based organization of Brgy. Sta Lucia. PAYO are here to provide programs, projects and events that will help the youths of the community. Our objectives is focused on education because we wanted youths to have a healthy environment while gaining knowledge. PAYO wants youth to be educate by providing services that can help them have a light, healthy and safe environment. PAYO also wants to have a leader that meets the emerging needs of young people in the community. As well as to open educational opportunities for youth and discover and express their abilities and skills. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Educating our youths by providing services and leadership to meet the emerging needs of young people in our community. b. Creating educational opportunities for youth to discover and express their abilities and skills."
