Brilliant-youth ascending Updates, Knowledge and Information in Dolores or simply terms as, “BUKID” shall serve as a provider or network hub of relevant information, knowledge, current issues/trends, updates and announcements in the search for truth of catapulting youth participation, molding skills and talents, fostering social collaboration, strengthening ties and bonds and embracing community engagements amidst diversity for a holistic development in Barangay Dolores. This organization will support the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and Sangguniang Barangay in working hand-in-hand to fulfill such vision, missions and meet the needs of the community in the near future endeavors thus foster a sense of collaboration and a conducive environment for the relentless pursuit of passion and excellence thus enhancing the overall quality of life for all youth constituents.
