Hobo youth organization is an organization dedicated to empowering the youth of barangay hobo, that has an objective focused on supporting barangay youth councils in providing resources, training, and mentorship to help these youth function effectively in our communities. Organize events, activities to help barangay youth councils connect with each other, share best practices, collaborate with councils and community leaders to ensure that youth voices are heard and valued.
