We, the members of the Holy Cross College of Carigara, Inc. student body organization, improving the aid of the Divine Providence in order to establish an organization that will seek and promote the desires and applications of the school through the students by instilling high ideals in them, in order to organize, train and develop them to become responsible citizens and leaders of the school, community and country hereby proclaim and promulgate this Constitution.
