Active Citizenship

The Tagumpay Youth Organization (TAYO) was established on August 26, 2024. TAYO aims to become part of Barangay Tagumpay which helps the youth in the community to become active citizens in cooperation with Barangay Tagumpay Sangguniang Kabataan Council. The organization's purpose is to empower the youth of Barangay Tagumpay to be proactive, responsible, and engaged members of society by providing leadership training, community service opportunities and advocacy programs.
