The Conner Youth Ministry is a vibrant group of young people in the municipality aged 15-30, dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and meaningful connections. They meet weekly for engaging discussions about faith, service projects, and fun activities like game nights and movie nights. The group also organizes mission trips, providing opportunities for deeper reflection and hands-on service in different barangays. Their mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where youth can explore their faith, develop leadership skills, talent in music and build lasting friendships. Objectives: • Education: o Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of young people within CONNER YOUTH MINISTRY o Partner with schools to provide educational opportunities for young people. • Spiritual Health: o Organize regular Bible studies, retreats, and spiritual formation events. o Provide opportunities for mentorship and spiritual guidance. o Encourage young people to participate in community service and outreach initiatives. • Peace Building & Security: o Host interfaith events and dialogues to promote understanding and respect. o Offer conflict resolution training workshops. o Advocate for peace and non-violence through public awareness campaigns. • Active Citizenship: o Organize voter registration drives and civic engagement events. o Encourage young people to volunteer in their communities. o Provide opportunities for young people to advocate for social change. • Social Inclusion & Equity: o Develop programs and initiatives to address social inequities. o Advocate for policies that promote equal opportunities for all people. o Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and the wider community.
