The Saint Isidore Parish Commission on Youth differs per theological tradition, but it is commonly viewed as the presence of God, a divine force that guides, strengthens, and inspires believers. The organization envisions to foster spiritual, moral, and social development of young Catholics as they become the "Pag-asa ng pag-asa ng Bayan". And commits to be of service to the youth, elderly, the church, and the world in general; being the "Pag-asa ng pag- asa ng Bayan". The objective of this organization is to encourage young people to be of service to the Lord, the church, and the community. Spread the good news to the world. Promote Christian values; love, respect, discipline, humility, unity, sincerity, prayer, and cooperation. And Produce young Catholic Christians to become the "Pa-asa ng pag-asa ng Bayan".
