Bulig Bugsay Organization is a Community - Based Organization in Municipality of Bulalacao,Province of Oriental Mindoro.it was founded in the year 2021 , 21st of September after the celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan of municipality of bulalacao implemented by the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, wherein its primary members are municipal junior officials during that YORP Registration Form |Page 2 of 4 year.Its general advocacy is for Youth Empowerment/Participation through Education, community services, civic awareness and other active youth involvement programs aligned in our ideals and principles.it compose of 30 members residing in Bulalacao whose aged 18 to 30 years old. The organization’s objectives are: to provide the youth with opportunities to learn by doing through individual, group and community projects; to enhance productivity and self-reliance through gainful projects; to instill in the youth the spirit of volunteerism, cooperation and dignity of labor; to enable the youth to use their time, talents, and energies wisely; and to instill awareness on the conservation of the environment. The organization also envisions a stabilized youth- centered non-government organization in Oriental Mindoro that is driven and passionate in forging the bright future of young generations, providing them the greater opportunity in volunteerism, community involvement, civic youth participation and leadership while fostering an empowered and progressive youth sector with sustainable development actions for uplifting the lives of the youth and their communities.
