RISE Calaweño is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering and uniting the youth of Barangay Calao West, Santiago City, Isabela. It serves as a platform for leadership, advocacy, and active participation in community development. With its name standing for "Responsibility. Innovation. Sustainability. Empowerment," RISE Calaweño aims to inspire young individuals to become catalysts for positive change while fostering a deep sense of civic duty and pride in their community. Aligned with its vision, the organization collaborates closely with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Calao West and maximizes the potential of the Teenapay Center, a vital hub for youth development. By providing diverse programs that promote holistic growth—encompassing mental, physical, and social well-being—RISE Calawéno ensures the comprehensive development of its members. RISE Calaweño is committed to achieving several objectives. First, it mobilizes the youth for meaningful community action by encouraging active participation in local governance and social initiatives.
