The Dalicno Youth Organization (DYO) is a community-based group dedicated to empowering the youth of Dalicno, Ampucao, Itogon, Benguet to lead responsible, active, and meaningful lives. It promotes the moral, social, and economic well-being of its members while fostering unity, education, and active participation in programs that address community needs. DYO advocates for responsible citizenship by steering youth away from harmful vices and encouraging engagement in forums, sustainable projects, and activities that benefit both the organization and the community. Through its initiatives, DYO strives to develop well-rounded individuals who contribute positively to a progressive and harmonious society.
