SAN MATEO ISABELA DANCESPORT SOCIETY known as SAMAIDEO, is a team created to develop talents and to provide a structured environment for dancers to showcase their skills, creativity and technique specially as a sport, emphasizing both artistic expressions and athleticism. It is composed of dancers (elementary, high school, college and adults), trainers, choreographers and coaches solely from the municipality of San Mateo, Isabela. The objective and purpose of the organization/club are the following: 1. Discover the hidden talent of the aspiring and members of the organization. 2. Train and develop the skills of the member 3. Provide and equip the members of additional skills on different genre of dances. 4. Expose the members of the organization to the different programs and activities. 5. Develop camaraderie among members. It is founded through the supervision of Mrs. Gemma P. Reyes of SMVIHS (San Mateo Vocational and industrial High School) and the Isabela Provincial Athletic (ISPAA) Meet, Tournament director, to sustain the standing of the team in the Dancesport. With excellent trainers Mark Anthony S. Pimentel, Jenica P. del Rosario, Randy Jacinto, Reymund Ventura and coaches Jayphy S. Reyes, April John B. Martin, Girlie Jane P. del Rosario, Dennis Madriaga, and Wilma Kasing. This team has already participated in various local and national competitions, and envisions to join in international competition. Members in this team have already proved their worth as they have won in different competitions since the dancesport was introduced again in DepEd in year 2018. Since then San Mateo Dancers earned countless awards and victories.
