The Paranas Volleyball Club is organized within the area of Barangay Poblacion 6 Paranas, Samar a non-political youth organization and non-profit organization of the different levels serves as strategy that provides venue to discuss youth issues and concerns related to the project and come up with solutions/recommendations addressed to both youth and other systems involved in program, planning and implementation.
