Sibul Ning Kalalangan (Mabalacat Youth Art Community) is a youth organization of visual artists from Mabalacat City, Pampanga, founded by Mr. Dodjie A. Aguinaldo in October 2021. Dedicated to promoting visual arts and culture, the group provides a creative sanctuary where young artists can express themselves and develop their skills through exhibits, art talks, mural painting, and community projects. By fostering artistic expression, cultural awareness, and critical thinking, Sibul Ning Kalalangan empowers Mabalacat’s youth to become active contributors to their community’s artistic and cultural legacy.
