The Diplahan Parish Youth Ministry (referred to as "Diplahan Youth Ministry") envisions a nation where both in-school and out-of-school youth, including disadvantaged groups, are empowered to become self-reliant, economically productive, and socially responsible citizens who contribute to the development of their families and communities. Its mission focuses on promoting the development of these youth through opportunities for self-expression, proper behavior, and social awareness. The organization's objectives include engaging youth in activities that support social and economic development, such as food production, community service, and environmental conservation; providing specialized services for at-risk youth, including those with special needs or from marginalized communities; and fostering collaboration with government and non-government agencies to enhance youth welfare at all community levels.
