Youth on the Rock (YTR Youth Organizations Inc.) is a socio-civic organization whose aim is to produce a generation of godly, patriotic, and excellent leaders through extensive training and mentoring programs towards nation transformation. Founded by Rodolfo Española Jr. in 1997, YTR started with a vision sparked by an article in a newspaper that highlighted the potential for change in the Philippines after 100 years. His burden and love for the youth led him to take action and create an organization dedicated to making a difference in the seemingly hopeless future of the nation. Over the years, YTR has grown and expanded its reach, starting with mentoring college students from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sta. Mesa, and then extending to other campuses through Change Movement activities. The pioneering members of YTR have gone on to become catalysts for positive change in their workplaces and communities, exemplifying the organization's principles of purpose- driven living, personal growth, and leadership development. YTR believes in empowering young leaders to be agents of change, not just in the future, but also in the present. The organization is grounded in the belief that everyone has a purpose and that by helping them overcome their struggles and achieve their potential, they can make a meaningful impact on their campus, community, and nation. YTR also emphasizes the importance of healthy relationships with the right people and with God as key ingredients for change and the fulfillment of purpose.
