LGBTQ: Abbreviation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer. An umbrella term used to refer to the community as a whole. Pansexual/Omnisexual: Term used to describe people who have romantic, sexual or affectional desire for people of all genders and sexes as defined by the LGBT Resource Center. The organization was a first conceptualized on May 08, 2019 and was launched on June 15, 2019 by the founder of the organization (Mr. Lordleos Lavv L. Ladonga). The word ‘BANGAW’ was derived from a local dialect which means “RAINBOW”. with its feature formed by a multicolored circular arc, it represents hope and new beginning until time comes, the LGBT will be accepted totally by all people same as they treat equally men and women.
