The Confederation of Ilocano Association, Inc., doing business as Samahang Ilokano (lit., Ilocano Association), is an International fraternity and sorority composed of students from colleges and universities in the northern part of the Philippines and professionals. Members are either of Ilocano lineage and/or have the capability of speaking and understanding the Ilokano language.1.To promote excellence among its members through brotherhood. 2.To undertake project and activities that shall enhance the abilities and potentialities of members. 3.To encourage the promotion of sports development projects and supports the program of the government 4.To hold educational seminars, civic and social welfare action, and manpower training services. 5.To promote discipline, unity and cooperation among members; 6.To initiate and undertake civic and humanitarian programs in support to governmental programs; 7.To sponsor sport festival activities, leadership training, seminars and symposium for its members; 8.To conduct social economic development and accept grants and donations to support its projects 9.Sponsor scholarship and livelihood program for its members. 10.Extend assistance to its members financial or in kind including job placement whenever possible, and;Constitution of the Philippines and the Statutory Laws of the land.
