The Red Cross Youth is one of the flagship services provided by the Philippine Red Cross. Its mission is to educate and empower children and youth in the spirit of the Red Cross through constructive training and effective leadership and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energies and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities. The College Red Cross Youth (CRCY) is a category of membership to the Red Cross Youth for college students whose aim is to develop among the students the spirit of humanitarianism and social service through active and direct involvement in the Red Cross activities.
